It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent four years of work experience, at least five years of HR experience across major functional areas, and previous experience partnering with senior management; several HR and change-management qualifications are preferred. The position offers a national salary range of $85,000 to $150,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, bonus, and paid time off benefits.
