Dizplai is hiring a standalone HR Manager to build and operate a people function as the business scales. Reporting to the Fractional Chief People Officer, the role owns recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, employment-law compliance, manager coaching, and the development of scalable HR processes and culture. The position requires HR Manager or business-partner experience, generalist people-function knowledge, hands-on recruitment, UK employment-law knowledge, and CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent experience.
