Description
The role leads strategic human resources and talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, culture, and engagement. It also manages and develops three team members. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of human resources or employee relations experience, English fluency, knowledge of employment legislation, and experience coaching managers on employee relations matters.
