Phoenix Color is hiring an HR Manager in Hagerstown, Maryland, to support and maintain HR functions across assigned locations. The role covers employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, compensation, training, safety, change management, personnel records, HRIS data, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or comparable experience, along with strong communication, problem-solving, technical, and HR knowledge skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with at least one week of 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. work, and the salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
