Local Foreigner is hiring an HR Manager to own the full people function for its boutique travel consultancy, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, contractor administration, performance management, workforce planning, and HR systems. The role is hands-on in a small, growing company and requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressive HR experience, PEO and employment-law familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills.
