PPG Industries is hiring an HR Manager for its aerospace business in Shildon. The role delivers local HR services, with 75% focused on hiring, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, labor compliance, audits, and union or works council negotiations; 20% on performance, talent, and DEI initiatives; and 5% on local medical or wellness activities. The position reports to the HR Business Services Country Leader and requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of HR management experience in a national or global manufacturing or production company and 10 years of employee relations experience. The role is hybrid, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote work on flexible Fridays.
