Description
The HR Manager will lead MOND BENEDENTI’s central HR team and serve as a strategic and tactical advisor to the executive team and management. The role combines HR operational excellence, talent and people development, and HR business partnership, including payroll and HR administration, job architecture, employee relations, training, performance management, workforce planning, change management, and onboarding and retention. The position reports to the COO, joins the C-level table, and requires a relevant master’s degree, at least 10 years of combined HR experience, and experience managing an operational HR team in a Belgian context.
