Ströer SE & Co. KGaA is hiring an experienced HR Manager in Cologne on a full-time basis for an initial two-year term, with the possibility of permanent employment. The role advises managers on strategic and operational HR topics, supports transformation and reorganization projects, manages HR activities, develops employees and managers, analyzes HR data, and improves HR systems and processes. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of generalist HR experience, transformation and change-management experience, employment-law knowledge, works-council experience, modern HR and data skills, and familiarity with MS Office and ideally SAP HR. The position offers a flexible working model combining on-site office work with 30% mobile work.
