VIBES is hiring an HR Manager to advise and coach management and employees on HR, organizational development, and personnel matters; manage and improve HR processes; oversee recruitment and talent development; and support the company’s HR policy and culture. The role is based in Delft and Munich, offers one day of remote work per week, and pays €4,250–€5,400 monthly for a full-time 40-hour arrangement plus 8% vacation allowance.
