WorldQuant is hiring a seasoned HR Manager to lead human resources for its Vietnam offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The role combines strategic business partnering, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, retention, compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and HR systems support. The manager reports functionally to the Director, Human Resources for Asia and has one direct report in Hanoi. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of professional experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR within an international company, knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, fluency in English and Vietnamese, and travel readiness.
