Description
GitGuardian is hiring an HR Manager to own the end-to-end US employee experience for its growing US team. The role partners with Go-To-Market managers and sales teams, supports performance management and employee relations, administers payroll and benefits through a PEO, manages multi-state compliance, onboarding and offboarding, compensation benchmarking, immigration and global mobility, and HR automation. It is based in New York City with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the office, travel to Paris and Boston two to three times per year, and reporting to the Chief People Officer.
