Comcast Spectacor is hiring an HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for event-based and unionized workforces. The role oversees recruitment, labor relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy application. It requires 5–7 years of progressive human resources experience, leadership experience, knowledge of employment laws and collective bargaining agreements, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. The position requires regular attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
