Description
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the Chief of Human Resources and other Human Resources division leaders, including employee services, volunteer engagement, safety and risk, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, budget and finance, records, communications, and employee events. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of general office administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to document identity and employment eligibility; an associate’s degree and additional HR, finance, HRIS, project management, and accounting experience are preferred.
