Avant is hiring a Human Resources Advisor to provide broad HR generalist and advisory support to healthcare clients, primarily medical practices and small businesses across Australia. The role covers employee lifecycle activities including compliance, recruitment, performance management, remuneration, workforce planning, learning and development, employee relations, investigations, mediation, workers’ compensation, return-to-work support, and organisational change, while also helping grow and improve Avant Business Solutions’ HR Advisory services.
