The Human Resources Analyst will analyze and prepare HR data, create reports for senior management, monitor and optimize HR processes and systems, develop KPIs, support HR budget planning, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with statutory and internal guidelines. The role requires a degree in business administration, personnel management, or a comparable qualification, HR data analysis experience, strong Excel skills, analytical and communication abilities, and German and English proficiency.
