The Human Resources Analyst will plan, implement, and monitor training and development programs, coordinate language training, analyze HR KPIs with Excel and Power BI, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, advise on HR policies, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced Excel and English skills, HRIS experience, and analytical ability; Power BI and OKR knowledge are assets.
