The Human Resources Specialist will recruit and select for a high volume of vacancies, conduct interviews and administer tests, support employees, and carry out HR routines including onboarding, probation monitoring, exit interviews, training, and internal assessments for transfers and promotions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably generalist HR experience focused on recruitment and selection, strong verbal and written communication skills, and availability for occasional travel.
