Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support HR operations and recruiting across an international environment. The role manages employee records and lifecycle changes, onboarding and preboarding, employment documentation, compliance, temporary-worker records, HR reporting, requisition creation, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and the transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding. The position requires 3–5+ years of recruiting or people-operations experience, familiarity with GDPR and HRIS/ATS tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
