The Human Resources Specialist maintains employee records, HRIS data, policies, and compliance documentation; supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, performance reviews, training, communications, I-9 and E-Verify processes, and special HR initiatives. The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of HR experience, HRIS and Microsoft Office experience, and strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
