Description
The Human Resources Assistant handles applicant communications, interview and employment-record filing, application processing, employee onboarding documentation, payroll-check coordination, personnel-file creation, and employee bulletin-board and regulatory-notice updates. The role also follows safety and security procedures, maintains confidentiality, supports guest service and team coverage, and performs other reasonable duties. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of HR, training, or learning-and-development experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license is required.
