Description
Citizens is hiring a one-year full-time Human Resources Associate for its HRADP program, beginning in early June 2027. The program provides onboarding, mentorship, and three rotations across HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Development, HR Shared Services, and Employee Relations, along with Early Career Development Programming. Participants will gain experience in HR projects, data analysis, employer branding, compensation analysis, diversity initiatives, and business-line partnerships, with placement in a full-time HR role upon successful completion. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related major, have an expected graduation date of May 2027 or be recent graduates, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0, and complete a video interview assessment. The position pays $70,000 per year and requires permanent work authorization in the United States; CPT, OPT, and visa sponsorship are not available.
