Ford Energy is hiring a Plant Sr. HR Associate to support manufacturing plant operations through employee relations, investigations, compliance, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, talent management, and workforce analytics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, MS Office and SharePoint proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. It is 100% on-site at the manufacturing plant, with at least 20% of the time spent walking and standing on the floor, and offers a base salary of $85,400–$143,200.
