Human Resources Benefits Specialist at Linx

LINX is hiring a Benefits Specialist to administer and improve employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, EAP, and wellbeing programs. The role owns open enrollment, vendor and broker management, ADP reporting and payroll integration, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, compliance, audits, and employee support. Required qualifications include full-suite benefits administration, ADP or similar HRIS experience, payroll reporting, leaves and workers’ compensation administration, multi-state employee support, and 401(k) administration. The stated pay range is $75,000-$85,000 per year.
