The role focuses on employee relations, policy administration, onboarding, retention, internal investigations, training, compliance, and performance management, while partnering with HR leadership, compliance, legal, and business unit managers. The position requires strong knowledge of HR practices, legal/regulatory requirements, and common workplace software tools, and involves some on-site presence depending on client needs.
