Description
Basis is hiring a People Business Partner to scale people systems for its next stage of growth. Reporting to the People Ops Lead, the role advises leaders on organization design, workforce planning, performance, manager development, employee relations, and organizational health; partners with teams across the employee lifecycle; coaches managers; improves people processes and data; and helps identify organizational risk. The role requires 3–5+ years of HR business partnering or people operations experience, including independent ownership of performance management and employee relations at a high-growth company, along with strong judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
