Description
The Control Manager Team Lead will lead and develop an improved control framework for a risk assessment team, supporting top-down risk analysis, control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. The role partners with Human Resources Functional and Product leaders to establish global program oversight, analyzes HR program data for operational risks, supports Control and Operational Risk Evaluation, manages and develops a team, and develops intelligent solutions using AI. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant controls, audit, or operational risk experience involving HR functions, at least three years of supervisory or management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
