Description
The Union County Human Resources department is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, FMLA administration, disciplinary matters, training, and HR metrics for the Union County Water department and centralized HR functions. The role reports to the HR department, requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field plus three years of increasing responsibility in HR administration, a valid North Carolina driver's license, and the ability to maintain a safe driving history. The target start date is January 2027.
