The role owns people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, while using analytics and HRIS systems to support business performance and transformation. It requires at least eight years of progressive HR experience, including three years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR leadership role, along with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and strong business, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
