Description
The Human Resources Director leads HR strategy, operations, service delivery, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR technology for Marksman Security’s West region and Retail division, serving approximately 2,000 employees across multiple states and markets. The role partners with operations and corporate HR, improves scalable people processes, manages high-volume hiring and onboarding, and leads the regional HR team. It requires at least eight years of progressive HR experience, including three years supporting a multi-site, multi-state hourly workforce, strong California labor and employment law knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree. The targeted compensation is $145,000-$155,000 base plus bonus.
