Heritage Facility Services (HFS), backed by Talus Holdings, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the full HR function for a fast-growing commercial cleaning and facilities services platform in Annapolis, Maryland. The hands-on leadership role covers talent acquisition, workforce planning, mergers and acquisitions integration, employee relations, compensation and performance management, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, training, HR systems, reporting, organizational development, and change management. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least seven years of progressive HR experience, strong employment-law and employee-relations knowledge, and experience supporting hourly or frontline workforces. Compensation is $90,000–$150,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
