The Ranch at Rock Creek is hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead the full HR function for its luxury guest ranch, including employment, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, organizational development, payroll oversight, recruitment, and workplace culture. The role reports to the General Manager, leads a team of three HR professionals, and serves on the Senior Leadership Team.
