Trystar is hiring a Human Resources Director to report to the Vice President of Human Resources and lead HR Managers and Generalists. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, drives enterprise-wide HR initiatives, supports talent and organizational development, leads employee engagement and employee relations, oversees HR policy and compliance, manages change initiatives, and leads HR integration for newly acquired companies. The position is based in Burnsville, Minnesota or Houston, Minnesota, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years in leadership, and may require up to 25–50% travel.
