Apt Resources is hiring a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple boutique hotel clients in Dubai. The role covers employee records, onboarding and exit processes, attendance and rostering, leave management, payroll processing, HR self-service, accommodation, asset tracking, recruitment, compliance reporting, manpower planning, and client relationship management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, HR software experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of Indian labor laws; hospitality, GCC/UAE, and Arabic experience are advantageous.
