NewsBreak is hiring a full-time Human Resources General Management Rotation Program participant to develop into an HR leader through a customized leadership rotation across total rewards, human resources business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations or HR compliance. The program offers executive mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and rotations that may involve different locations within the United States. Candidates should have 3–5 years of progressive business experience, be currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program, and demonstrate strong business acumen, critical thinking, structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, and influencing skills. The annual base pay range is $110,000–$220,000 USD, with health, dental, and vision care and other benefits.
