The role provides broad, hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, HR compliance, communications, systems and reporting, recruitment, employee relations, and other generalist HR activities. It requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, familiarity with HR systems, Excel, reporting, and administrative processes, and a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
