Voltava is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support the Plant HR Manager in managing broad human resources activities within a manufacturing plant. The role covers recruiting and onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, performance and development, attendance tracking, employee communications, HR recordkeeping, compliance, government reporting, workers’ compensation, employee engagement, and safety-related initiatives. Candidates need at least two years of related HR experience or training, manufacturing or plant HR experience, knowledge of HR and payroll systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
