Everspring is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Chicago, Illinois, to administer semi-monthly payroll and employee benefits, manage Paylocity and shared HR operations, support the employee lifecycle, and provide first-line employee relations and performance-management support. The role reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources and requires a bachelor's degree, two to three years of progressive HR experience, payroll and benefits experience, and Paylocity expertise. It offers a hybrid arrangement with at least three office days per week and a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000, plus incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
