Ferguson is hiring a full-time HR Generalist to support its Pomona, California Ship Hub. The role partners with people managers, HR business partners, HR directors, AskHR, EPG, Talent Acquisition, and RPO; supports Workday administrative processes, leave of absences, compensation recommendations, reporting, training, policy compliance, and employee relations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, English-Spanish bilingual ability, at least three years of HR experience, Workday experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. The role pays $5,525 to $8,825 monthly and includes health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
