Generational Care is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support broad HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, safety, compliance, HR systems, employee records, reporting, and day-to-day operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of progressively responsible HR experience, HRIS experience, project-management ability, strong organizational and analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position offers $28.00–$34.50 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility, and other benefits.
