IDC Spring is hiring an onsite, part-time HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HRIS data entry, leave and workers’ compensation administration, policy guidance, and employee events. The role requires an associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, 3–5 years of human resources experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, HRIS experience, and knowledge of employment law. The position pays $30.00–$35.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) match, tuition assistance, paid time off, and holidays.
