Description
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources functions across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, compliance, HR reporting, and employee engagement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, at least three years of human resources experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, and a valid driver’s license. It is an in-office position based at Killam Development, Ltd. in Laredo, Texas, with possible infrequent job-site visits and travel.
