The role partners with business leaders and managers to support employee relations, performance management, time and attendance, talent development, recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, HR metrics, succession planning, and special HR initiatives. Applicants need a degree in human resources or a related field, at least one year of human resources experience, and experience supporting HR functions, partnering with leadership, developing team effectiveness, analyzing data, and applying employment-law knowledge.
