Description
The Human Resources Generalist supports the Human Resources Manager with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, HR and benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS data maintenance, termination documentation, exit interviews, and employee communications. The role also assists with engagement-team activities, administers the company uniform program, processes employee-related charges, and may train new HR team members. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, two years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency, and familiarity with manufacturing practices.
