The role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits and retirement administration, compensation and total rewards, employee engagement, employee relations, HR operations, policy maintenance, and employment-law compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, full-cycle recruiting experience, benefits and retirement administration experience, and strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
