POD Health is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as the sole on-site HR representative for its Florida operations in Tampa. The role manages regional HR functions, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and payroll support, while reporting to the VP of HR in New York. The position requires 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws, and the ability to work autonomously. It is a full-time, 100% on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation of $65,000–$80,000 per year.
