The Skirball Cultural Center is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support employees, managers, and the Human Resources Department across recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, leaves, terminations, workers' compensation, California employment-law compliance, employee events, new-hire orientation, and training. The role requires a bachelor's degree and/or at least five years of human resources generalist experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and preferably ADP knowledge and Spanish fluency.
