Description
Transcom is hiring an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for frontline employees and operational leaders at its Greenville, South Carolina call center. The role supports the employee lifecycle, including HR service delivery, employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy administration, onboarding, leave and accommodation support, culture and engagement, compliance, payroll and benefits support, and workforce operations. The position is onsite Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, with possible availability outside standard business hours, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least three years of progressive HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and HR information systems.
