Description
Banyan Software is hiring a Human Resources Group Leader (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and HRBPs across Banyan Headquarters and North American operating companies. The role supports M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, culture and engagement initiatives, HR analytics, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent strategic role supporting US-based organizations across multiple states, along with broad HR knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS systems. The expected base salary is $160,000-$180,000 USD, excluding annual bonus and equity.
