The Human Resource Compliance Program Manager leads BD’s enterprise-wide HR compliance programs across the United States, focusing on Form I-9 and employment authorization, ADA and PWFA accommodations, employment law updates, regulatory notices, audits, training, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, legal studies, or a related field, five years of HR compliance or employment law experience, and five years leading HR projects in a complex multi-site organization. The position is based in San Diego, California, requires at least four days of in-office presence per week, and offers an annual salary of $115,000 to $183,900 USD.
