Description
The Human Resources Informational System Specialist reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for optimizing HRIS systems, collecting and analyzing HR data, automating and configuring core HR processes, evaluating payroll and other HR systems, resolving user issues, documenting workflows, and translating functional requirements into technical specifications. The role requires an associate’s degree in information systems or a related discipline, two years of HRIS experience, and experience with Ellucian, Cardinal, and multiple payroll providers. The position is full-time and salaried in Lexington, Virginia.
